This  book by Swami Ashokananda,  compiles three significant lectures delivered at the Vedanta Society of Northern California in San Francisco.The book was initially titled My Philosophy and My Religion. The first two lectures, parts of the "My Philosophy and My Religion" series, were delivered at the Old Temple (April 22, 1956) and the New Temple (December 10, 1961).The final lecture, titled "When the Many Become One," was given at the New Temple on December 3, 1967. The book consists of verbatim transcripts, with minimal editing only to bridge the gap between spoken and written language.
