Hasta Yoga
This booklet is focused on mudras, described as "yoga through hands." While yoga is globally celebrated through the UN’s International Yoga Day—mostly via asanas and pranayama—this book highlights mudras as a lesser-known but vital branch of Hatha Yoga.
The core message is accessibility: unlike strenuous physical poses, mudras can be practiced by anyone, including the elderly or ill. They are presented as a simple yet potent tool for rejuvenating energy and aiding recovery from physical and mental ailments. The booklet is based on a two-part article, "Theory and Practice of Hasta Yoga," written by Dr. K. V. Raghupathi and originally published in The Vedanta Kesari magazine in 2017.
